Established in 2008
The Fat Tuscan incorporates a philosophy of eating good food, prepared slowly with bold flavors developed over time from fresh ingredients. We have been open since October of 2008. Our concept is centered around fresh wholesome food, how it's prepared and served. Healthy food that doesn't taste like cardboard and hasn't been processed beyond its original form. I grew up in my grandmothers kitchen watching and learning about how to build flavors from simple ingredients. For me, working in the restaurant was always the appeal of having a café. I love talking to my customers & students, cooking food for them and with them and always talking about how food shapes thier lives. It's the way small Italian towns having been for centuries and it's what creates strong communities.  ~ Chef Michelle Gioviti
