STUDENTS \nHands On Class – Date Night – Vegetarian Friendly – Kid Friendly – Aprons Recommended \nJoin us for this hands-on class learning to prepare a meal of fresh pasta with fresh pasta sauce and dessert all to enjoy at the end of class as your dinner.  This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg & flour as well as teaching students how to prepare a fresh alfredo sauce and teaching how we make a classic Italian dessert known as Tiramisu.  Students will be making their own pasta from scratch as well as cutting and shaping it into Fettuccine. The instructor for the class will also demonstrate how to make the best fresh classic Alfredo sauce too. The class will first start out however with the preparation of individual Tiramisu’s.  At the end of the class students will consume their pasta with choice of sauce\, so come prepared to eat.  The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & dessert. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations. Focaccia is an Olive Oil laden style bread that is eaten on its own\, split in half for sandwiches or as thick pizza crust.  In this class\, students will learn to create their own dough using flour\, water\, yeast\, salt and olive oil creating a type of wet yeast dough. Yeast development\, mixing\, kneading and rising times as well as shaping the bread and baking will be included in the class.  Students will also have choices on herb flavorings to create an individual flavor bread of choice as well as an assortment of toppings to decorate the tops of their breads prior to baking.  All about bread making and decorating to make an edible beautiful bread to take home. This workshop will also include a break for lunch and show examples of using the Focaccia for Panini Sandwiches and Pizza.  The class includes all ingredients\, supplies and class instruction by the chef including printed recipes for each student as well as lunch for each student.  Students are recommended to wear an apron.  Feel free to bring a sheet pan or a baking pan with a slight lip  for transportation of the hot bread home.  Samples will also be eaten in class.  (Baking & Baking pans will be provided by the Fat Tuscan). This is a perfect class for beginners and an easy recipe for most anyone to work. DESCRIPTION:Special Mother’s Day Cooking Class – All About Tarts Workshop  \nSATURDAY\, May 9th 2026  – An Afternoon of Tarts  – Making Savory & Sweet Tarts – 11am to 3:00pm  –  8 Students Max.   \nHands On Class – Intermediate Level Cooking class – Kids 12 and up welcome – *Baking Pans included  – Vegetarian Friendly \nJoin us on this Saturday of Mother’s day weekend and spend a full day with Chef Michelle learning all about Tarts.  In this class students learn to make a tart dough using butter from scratch which will be used to make two types of tarts both a Savory Onion & Cheese tart & a Sweet Lemon Curd or Berry Jam tart.  The chef guides students through making the dough; forming it to filling it to designs for the top and then baking it in class.  Learn decorating techniques such as lattice work and other options for decor.  Each student will be working with their own dough to create two separate filled tart to take home. Various toppings and ingredients will be provided for students to choose from such as fruit jams and compotes for their filling choice. During class the instructor will prepare a tart with the class as an example and lead a discussion on techniques followed by guidance of how to do lattice work and design work for the top of the tarts.  Each student will be making tarts from start to finish in this class. The class will include tastings of a sample tart completed during the class with coffee or beverage as part of the demonstration on finished product.  Each student will go home with two fully cooked tarts. *Two tart pans will be provided for each student to use and take home as a Mother’s Day gift at the end of the class. In this hands-on class\, students prepare a meal of pasta & dessert for them to enjoy at the end of class as part of the evening. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using potato\, egg & flour. Various toppings and ingredients will be provided for students to choose from such as fruit jams and compotes for their filling choice. During class the instructor will prepare a tart with the class as an example and lead a discussion on techniques followed by guidance of how to do lattice work and design work for the top of the tarts.  Each student will be making tarts from start to finish in this class. The class will include tastings of a sample tart completed during the class with coffee or beverage as part of the demonstration on finished product.  Each student will go home with two fully cooked tarts. *Two tart pans will be provided for each student to use and take home as a gift at the end of the class. $150.00 Per person\, includes all ingredients and supplies for class; Chef led class instructions & recipes included. This class will cover the classic favorite Italian Dessert known as Tiramisu where each student will create a full dessert that serves 8/12 people to take home and enjoy later.  Tiramisu uses layers of sweetened cream including mascarpone\, which is an Italian type of whipped cream specifically for Tiramisu\, layers of expresso dipped cookies and rich chocolate shavings for a perfect dessert that requires no baking. In this class all the ingredients for creating and layering an individual Tiramisu will be provided as well as an instruction on what makes the best types of cookies for layering as well as how to create the espresso syrup for soaking the cookies. *Please bring a Ceramic or glass square or rectangular dish that is about 9 inches by 9 inches and at least two inches deep OR an 8 to 9 inch spring form pan. In this class our chefs prepare a unique menu of inspired dishes using seasonal produce and fresh ingredients in front of you.  Each course has a hand-selected wine paired for you to taste with it.  During class a discussion on preparation is conducted throughout each course as well as details about the paired wines.  This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 13th\, 2026 – Workshop – BEGINNING BREAD: FOCACCIA (Focaccia\, Focaccia Panini\, Focaccia Pizza & Focaccia Art) – 11am TO 2PM – 12 STUDENTS MAX *Includes Lunch  \nHANDS ON CLASS – KID FRIENDLY – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – TAKE HOME BREAD & Lunch provided at Venue during class. \nIn this late morning class students will learn how to make the Classic Italian flat bread know as Focaccia Bread with Chef Tracy. Focaccia is an Olive Oil laden style bread that is eaten on its own\, split in half for sandwiches or as thick pizza crust.  In this class\, students will learn to create their own dough using flour\, water\, yeast\, salt and olive oil creating a type of wet yeast dough. Yeast development\, mixing\, kneading and rising times as well as shaping the bread and baking will be included in the class.  Students will also have choices on herb flavorings to create an individual flavor bread of choice as well as an assortment of toppings to decorate the tops of their breads prior to baking.  All about bread making and decorating to make an edible beautiful bread to take home. This workshop will also include a break for lunch and show examples of using the Focaccia for Panini Sandwiches and Pizza.  The class includes all ingredients\, supplies and class instruction by the chef including printed recipes for each student as well as lunch for each student.  Students are recommended to wear an apron.  Feel free to bring a sheet pan or a baking pan with a slight lip  for transportation of the hot bread home.  Samples will also be eaten in class.  (Baking & Baking pans will be provided by the Fat Tuscan). This is a perfect class for beginners and an easy recipe for most anyone to work. Each student will go home with their done product.   $85.00 per person\, includes workshop\, lunch\, all groceries &  supplies\, bread tastings\, chef lead class instruction and printed recipes to take home. Students will learn about the different types of crepes enjoyed which include both sweet and savory flavorings and fillings. Each student will flip and form their own crepes as part of this class.  This is a perfect time to enjoy a morning brunch served with mimosas or Bellini’s as well as a full buffet of freshly made foods alongside the class.  Students will learn to make\, form and\, yes\, flip crepes in the air! The class consists of some observation and some hands-on. $70.00 per person\, includes class instructions\, recipes\, a full brunch buffet\, and a variety of sweet and savory crepe fillings. STUDENTS \nHANDS-ON – SKILLS CLASS – CHEF INSTRUCTED – KID FRIENDLY – TWO DAY WORKSHOP – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY \nJoin us on for this two day class learning about using working with sour dough & sour dough starters\, or as the Italian’s call it\, “Mother Yeast”.  This workshop is all about exploring bread making.  In this fun\, interactive cooking class students are lead through the basics of yeast doughs and how sour doughs are formed using wild yeast and the fermentation process.  Each student will work at their own station to produce the tasks lead by the Chef instructor with a discussion period during rise times.  Students will be producing their own breads from scratch.  Aspects of rising times and the process of working the dough will be discussed as well as yeast basics.  The class will be shaping and proofing their own doughs throughout the class.  Each students bread will be baked at the end of the class and students will go home with their breads from class to enjoy.  Sour dough starters may be produced to use at a later date as well.  Aprons are recommended for this class as each student will be working with his or own dough with substantial amounts of flour. $150.00 per person\, pricing includes both days. STUDENTS \nHANDS ON CLASS & CHEF DEMONSTRATION – GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY – COUPLES COOKING – DATE NIGHT CLASS  \nJoin us for this fun Friday night date night cooking class learning to make big\, juicy balls.  In this interactive cooking class students will learn to make authentic Italian Meatballs.  The recipe shared in the class is an original recipe from the Fat Tuscan which not only produces the biggest balls around but are also known for their moist and flavorful character.  The class will also include a demonstration on how to  make a fresh Tomato Marinara Sauce from scratch.  Each student will prepare meatballs in class and learn to prepare a pasta sauce to be used with the meatballs.  The meatballs will then be baked in class and a Meatball Sub Making Bar will be set up for each couple to make a meatball sub out of their meatballs\, including fresh bread\, shredded mozzarella cheese & Parmesan cheese.  Students will then dine on the subs as their dinner for the evening.  At the end of class students will go home with some meatballs and a small container of sauce to share or freeze for a later date.  An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own meatballs. This is an hands on Cooking Class\, an apron is recommended.  Gluten Free Available – While pasta and bread are the foundation of Italian cuisine\, numerous Italian dishes are naturally gluten free friendly and meatballs are easily adjusted to accommodate for Gluten Free but still maintaining a flavorful dish.   $85.00 per person. STUDENTS \nHANDS ON CLASS – KIDS WELCOME – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – MEAL PREP \nIn this afternoon class\, enjoy learning how to make pasta sauces and fresh ravioli from scratch. In this fun and interactive day class spend an afternoon with our chef learning the art to fresh pasta.  Ravioli is made from an egg and flour pasta dough and stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. The class will include instruction on proper pasta dough and then an demonstration on how to roll out the dough to form individual raviolis.  Students will then take home their fresh ravioli to share with their family to eat.  In addition\, the chef will also prepare two different sauces: Basil Marinara & Fresh Pesto\, both of which will be an option to take home with your ravioli.  This class is a hands-on class in which students work with flour & egg\, so aprons are recommended.  The class will include tastings and snacks during the day as well as an beverage.  Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are part of every class.  $85.00 per person includes instruction\, all supplies\, all materials\, and take home fresh ravioli with a quart of sauce to take home for each student enough to feed 2/3.  Bread with oil will also be served during this class. This is a hands-on type of class perfect for all levels including children.

STUDENT SIGN UP.  \n*Hands On Class – Kids Welcome – Take home and Bake (** Must bring an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan and a sheet pan to take cheesecake home) – Aprons Recommended – Each Student is Making a full Cake to take home \nLooking for a fun and unique way to spend Father’s Day with Dad? Learn to create our signature light and fluffy Ricotta style cheesecake.  This class is for those students that love to bake but might find cheesecakes frustrating. Our original recipe Ricotta cheesecake has a light and fluffy texture and is the key to its success.  This class will go over the Ricotta Cheesecake recipes developed by the Fat Tuscan owner and chef\, Michelle Gioviti.  In this hands on class students will make an individual cheesecake to take home which serves 8 to 12 people.  Assorted flavors will be available for each student to choose a favorite combination to make for their individual cheesecake. The chef will prepare a cheesecake in class as part of the teaching instruction. A chilled Cheesecake made in advance will also be eaten by students at the end of class to show desired texture and outcome.  *Individual baking will be done at home. *Students need to bring an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan.  *all ingredients will be provided by Fat Tuscan however. $75.00 per person\, includes all ingredients to prepare an a 9/10 inch cheesecake\, flavorings\, fillings and toppings for assorted varieties of cheesecake as well as printed recipes for each student to take home.
