Guest Chef, Mark Armstrong 

SUNDAY, June 22nd 2025 – Creamy Tuscan Salmon & Mediterranean Pasta Salad – 1pm to 3pm – 10 Max. Students

Hands On Class – Sautee basics – Skills Class – Fresh Cooking 

Join us for this special guest chef series class on mastering the art of sautéing and learning a new recipe for dinner. In this class, Chef Mark joins us to guide us through one of his favorite dinner dishes.  Chef Mark, originally from Louisiana, had his roots in Cajun cuisine from an early age, but loves all things Italian appreciating any cuisine with a lot of flavor.  Join us for a fun afternoon learning about his favorite flavorful recipe, Creamy Tuscan Salmon.  Chef Mark will teach proper sear techniques and tips and tricks for finishing the sauce and cooking the salmon to perfection.  Students will also prepare a Mediterranean pasta salad to go along with the dish. Each student will make and prepare the days recipes and have the ability to either consume it after the class or take it home for dinner that evening.  The class consists of Chef instruction demonstration and hands-on preparations to learn cooking techniques. All ingredients will be provided by the Fat Tuscan.  Aprons are recommended and note taking is encouraged.  $85.00 per person, includes all ingredients, class instruction, samples of all items created in class, and snacks and beverages to enjoy during the class.  Printed Recipes will also be available to take home.
