Observation & Chef Demonstration Cooking Class
Our observation-type cooking classes allow students to watch as recipes are prepared in front of them by our chef. Each class is structured to include chef instruction and discussion throughout. Typically, up to three different recipe courses are served, constituting an entire meal. The meal is cooked from scratch in front of your group by our chef, with a detailed discussion of the preparation process.
During the class, each course is enjoyed and eaten by the students. This can include a full three-course meal with beverages and cooking demonstrations in one session. Recipes are discussed during the preparation, and note-taking is encouraged. A menu is planned and discussed with the chef prior to the event, making it easy to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences such as vegetarian or gluten-free options.
This type of class is perfect for groups who want to sit back and relax while focusing on eating and drinking.
