WEDNESDAY, July 16th, 2025 – BEGINNING PASTRIES: Making Chocolate Whoopie Pie’s – 11am TO 2PM –  12 Students Max.  

HANDS ON CLASS – BEGINNING PASTRY CLASS – BAKING CLASS – KIDS WELCOME

Join us for a day of ‘making whoopie’! In this fun hands on cooking class explore beginning pastry by learning the recipe for Whoopie Pies.  Students will learn how to make the chocolate batter, piping the rounds for baking, and the filling for the interior of this delicious dessert. After baking and the pastry cools students will have a choice of different cream fillings to make to fill the interior of the pie’s, which will also be piped. The class focuses on learning to handle the beginnings of delicate desserts with piping skills and baking instructions as the main focus.  Each student will go home with  a box of this tasty pastries to share.  Please bring a container for your finished pastries to be taken home. Aprons are recommended. $75.00 per person, includes all groceries, supplies, tools, chef lead class instruction and printed recipes.  Light snacks will also be provided during class.
