Hands On Class – Beginner Level Cooking class – Vegetarian Friendly

Join Chef Barbara & Chef Michelle for a fun Saturday afternoon learning an easy but rewarding recipe for making fresh bread. Students will learn to make and enjoy an easier recipe for making bread along with some recipes to incorporate the bread into two different tasty appetizers.  For this class each student will be making a dough from scratch as well as baking a dough in class. Students will go home with one baked loaf of bread to enjoy and a raw dough to bake and enjoy the next day.  The class will also include demonstration and finished loaves that students will use to make Bruschetta & Whipped Ricotta Crostini. $110.00 Per person, includes two full loaves for each student, a light lunch of the appetizers prepared in class as well as refreshments.  Printed Recipes & Class Instruction and all ingredients are included in the class. 

Students will learn and apply kitchen basics and cooking techniques. This class will be limited in spots so that one on one training and teaching can be offered to every student.  We will demonstrate techniques and cooking skills for you to execute on your own and have a question-and-answer period throughout the class. This class series is for students who are curios about baking and would like to improve their skills. *Food safety, sanitation, kitchen navigation rules, and organization will apply. Class includes a lite lunch with choice refreshments
