Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta from scratch with your choice of flavoring. This class is perfect for a fun date night with your partner or a girls night out! A demonstration from our instructor, Chef Michelle, includes teaching and making a fresh Pesto & a Creamy Pesto sauce during the length of the class. Students will then make their individual portion of pasta with hands-on demonstration from Chef Michelle. Pasta will then be rolled and shaped to your liking. But first, we will start with a demonstration for making one of the Italians favorite appetizers – Tomato Basil Bruschetta.  We will provide each Couple with a DIY Bruschetta board and all the things needed to create your very own appetizer. This class includes a full dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class, as well as homemade marinara prepared by Chef Michelle before hand.  An apron is encouraged as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using their hands, flour, and eggs. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat!

$75.00 per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, Chef cooking class instruction and printed recipes.
