HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – COUPLES COOKING – KIDS WELCOME
Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh cheese filled ravioli from scratch. This cooking class will teach you how to make your own egg pasta dough, roll it out and fill it to make ravioli’s as the main course for your evening dinner. But first, the chef will start out the evening teaching each student how to prepare individual Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. Instructions on making Ravioli follows and then each student’s fresh ravioli is cooked and topped with a choice of freshly made sauces for their evening meal. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the pasta for students to choose from and the class instructor will be going over sauce preparation during the class. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with their own dough, forming pasta and assisting in making an appetizer. Dessert of Tiramisu is of course consumed after the Ravioli. $85.00 per person, includes Ravioli Dinner & Dessert of Tiramisu, light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes. *Wine will be available to purchase by the glass or by the bottle from our wine retail area.
