Have you wanted to improve your skills in the kitchen and become a better cook? Work a full day in a small class setting with Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti learning everything from kitchen basics, cooking techniques, to classic recipes. This class will be limited in spots so that one-on-one training and teaching can be offered to every student. The class will consist of demonstrating techniques & individual teaching helping students to improve their cooking skills and learning complicated recipes. Students will be executing each recipe on their own with a question-and-answer period during lunch. *Note taking is suggested. This class series is for students who are serious about cooking and improving their culinary skills. *Food safety, sanitation, kitchen navigation rules, and organization will apply.
This class will include chef instruction, demonstration of recipes & hands-on cooking. Each student will have an individual station set up with a burner, bowls, bakeware, utensils, cooking instructions and ingredients. (Snacks & lunch as well as printed recipes to take home will be part of the class. Some recipes/items prepared in class will be taken home to enjoy later.)
