THURSDAY, May 21st, 2026 – Pasta & Dessert: Gnocchi, Pesto & Tiramisu – 6pm TO 8:30pm – 14 MAX. STUDENTS

Enjoy and evening learning to make fresh pasta. In this hands-on class, students prepare a meal of pasta & dessert for them to enjoy at the end of class as part of the evening. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using potato, egg & flour. Students learn how to form the pasta dough and roll it out into fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch.  (If you are Gluten Free and miss eating pasta this class is for you as we will have an option and instructions on making Gluten free Gnocchi’s).  The class teaches each student how to make their own Gnocchi as the main course for dinner.  Our staff then cooks each student’s individual pasta for them to enjoy topped with a choice of fresh made sauces.  There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi for students to choose from, including a fresh basil pesto. The class instructor will demonstrate our recipe for pesto sauce as well as prepare several sauces for the class. Of course we can’t forget dessert as the class starts with each student preparing an individual Tiramisu, which is a classic Italian dessert made of mascarpone and sweet espresso. The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & dessert.  Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with flour and their own dough.  This is a hands-on cooking class. *Includes light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes.  $75.00per person, includes hands on Chef led pasta making instruction, a dinner of fresh Gnocchi & sauce and dessert of Tiramisu. *Wine by the glass and by the bottle are available for Purchase from our Wine Retail area.
