Thursday, August 20th, 2026 – PASTA, PESTO, CREAM SAUCE & CANNOLI’S – 6PM TO 9PM –  14 MAX. STUDENTS

HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – KID FRIENDLY

Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta’s from scratch with your choice of flavoring for your pasta.  This class will also include a demonstration of the instructor teaching and making a fresh pesto & a creamy sauce during the length of the class.  Then cook, eat and dine on your fresh pasta you made with a choice of the sauces made for you in the class.  Students will also be given a authentic Italian cannoli shell to fill with our decadent house-made Cannoli filling, then dipped in dark chocolate chips for dessert. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs.  Includes a full dinner of fresh made flavored pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class and dessert. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat.  $65.00 per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.  This is a hands-on type of class.
