Join Chef Michelle for a fun Thursday evening to learn the intricacies of working with homemade olive oil pizza dough. This hands-on class begins with preparing a classic pizza dough from scratch. While the dough rises, students will make a fresh Tomato Basil Bruschetta appetizer to dine on. While students enjoy their bruschetta, Chef Michelle will demonstrate a recipe for fresh tomato pizza sauce.
Next, students will be guided through shaping, topping and proper baking techniques for creating their Pizza to be enjoyed as their dinner. Each student will make and work with their own dough, and a variety of toppings and ingredients will be provided for students to choose from for customization.
*Students will be consuming their results at the end of class as well as an appetizer of bruschetta, so come prepared to eat. A complimentary beverage is also provided. *
