Come out and enjoy a fun Friday night learning to make fresh pasta from scratch with your choice of sauce. We start the class by making an appetizer of fresh Bruschetta for students to enjoy. The chef will also demonstrate our recipe for basil pesto sauce with a tasting for each student. Alfredo sauce will also be demonstrated during the class. As the fresh sauce bubbles away, students will learn from hands on application on how to make fresh pasta using flour, oil and egg. Students will learn to make pasta dough from scratch and how to shape it and cut it into Fettuccine. We will then cook each individual pasta for you to eat and dine on the fresh pasta you made in class. Two sauces will be available both a Pesto & Alfredo sauce. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta using a substantial amount of flour. * Students will be consuming their results at the end of class with a choice of the prepared sauces as well as an appetizer of bruschetta to start the class, so come prepared to eat. $75.00 per person includes all ingredients, printed recipes, appetizer and dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class. *Wine is available to purchase by the glass or by the bottle from our wine retail area.
