Hands On Class & Wine Tasting
Come enjoy an evening flipping and making crepes. And then, eat them filled with all the savory and sweet combinations from our assorted toppings bar. This delicate and delicious food is perfect to combine with a tasting of refreshing Rose’ wines as well. Students will learn to make, form and flip crepes in this class with each student making and flipping their own crepes. Assorted toppings, stuffing’s and condiments will be available to fill the crepes to make different types of crepes such as an appetizer crepe, an entrée crepe & an sweet dessert crepe. This class consists of some observation as well as hands-on techniques to learn how to form, cook and flip crepes. Perfect for a family group or a group of friends to enjoy an evening of cooking. Along with this class we will be tasting 4 different types of Rose’ wines and a discussion on each will follow. *This class has gluten free options, please indicate at sign up if needed. $65.00 per person, includes class instructions, all ingredients and supplies plus a full toppings and fillings bar, snacks & refreshments & Wine Tasting.
