All About Pies

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22ND – ALL ABOUT PIES – 5:30 to 8:30PM – 10 Students Max. – (Children Welcome)
Hands on Class – *Please bring a 8 or 9 inch glass or ceramic pie dish.
Join us at this Monday evening class before thanksgiving and make learn all about perfecting the perfect Pie! Students will learn tips & techniques for working with a butter crust dough. Each student will make their own pie dough, which can be used for two pie’s, one for class and one to take home. After the dough is made students will have a choice of an assortment of fillings such as Jams, fruit and Custards. The pies may be baked in class or taken home to be baked at a later date, (add additional 30 minutes for baking time if baking in class). At the end of class the instructor will present a completed pie to taste along with coffee or other beverage. This is a perfect class prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday so that you can take a fresh pie to any upcoming holiday gathering. Each student needs to bring one 8 or 9 inch Pie Pan. Aprons recommended. $50.00 per person, includes all groceries, supplies, class instruction and printed recipes.
