Appetizers & Desserts (with Wine Tasting)

This class is all about fun, cooking together and pairing food courses with wine. In this hands-on cooking class students will learn to cook and prepare several appetizers and several desserts. Both courses will be paired with wine and wine tasting will accompany the courses. This class will also explore multiple types of wines paired with each course as we eat and taste the wines that go with the meals. This class may be split up into several groups with different recipes and ingredients to prepare at separate table stations by the students. Each appetizer/dessert & Wine will be shared with the entire class and consumed with each different wine sampled. This is a great date night or fun night out with a friend. Tastings, recipes, ingredients, supplies and chef instruction is provided from the Fat Tuscan as well as all the sampled wines. Each recipe is selected to perfectly complement the wine tasted and to use within the recipe as well. ($75.00/ per person, includes 4 different recipes paired with 4 different selections of wine.)
