Hands On Class
Explore making bread in this cooking class. Students will learn to make a basic yeast dough from raw ingredients in this class. Each student will work at his/her own station and work with their own dough. Rising time and working the dough will be discussed as well as yeast basics and shaping of bread. Then, the bread will be baked in class and each student will go home with a baguette and a shaped bread of choice. Aprons are recommended for this class as each student will be working with his or own dough and substantial amounts of flour. $50.00 per person, includes light beverages & snacks as well as cooking instructions and recipes.
