SUNDAY, JULY 11TH – BEGINNING BREADS (FRENCH BREAD BASICS & SOUR DOUGH BASICS) – 3PM TO 6PM – 10 MAX. STUDENTS
Join us on this Sunday afternoon where we explore bread making in this fun interactive cooking class. Students will learn to make a basic yeast dough from raw ingredients in this class. Each student will work at his/her own station and work with their own dough. Rising time and working the dough will be discussed as well as yeast basics and shaping of bread. Bread will be baked in class and each student will go home with a baguette and a shaped bread of choice. Sour dough starters and basics will also be discussed in this class. Aprons are recommended for this class as each student will be working with his or own dough and substantial amounts of flour. ($50.00 per person, includes light beverages & snacks as well as cooking instructions and recipes. This is a hands-on type of class.) *Kids are welcome in this class.
