SUNDAY, JULY 20TH 2025 – BEGINNING CONFECTIONS WITH GUEST CHEF NINA & MARK: CAKEPOPS & CAKE TRUFFLES – 1Pm TO 4PM – 12 Students Max.

HANDS-ON CLASS – BEGINNING CONFECTIONARY – DECORATING/CHOCOLATE WORK – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY

Join guest chefs, Nina & Mark for a fun Sunday afternoon learning basic confectionery pastry skills working with Cake Pops and Chocolate Truffles.  In this hands-on cooking class students explore beginning confectionery by learning to create fun and tasty treats of cake pops and cake truffles. Students will learn how to make and form the cake pop interior, tempering chocolate, and forming and decorating the desserts as well as how to properly dip them into tempered chocolate to create a hard shell.  Students will have a choice of different cake flavors and icing, but all confections will be dipped/coated with a high quality (Callebaut) Dark Chocolate Exteriors.  This class focuses on learning to handle the beginnings of delicate confections with emphasis on working with bite sized desserts. Each student will go home with a small box of all the cake pops and truffles made in class. Aprons are recommended.  $75.00 per person, includes all groceries, supplies, tools, chef lead class instruction and printed recipes.  Light snacks & refreshments are provided during class.
