Join us on a Sunday afternoon learning all about the classic Italian flat bread know as Focaccia. Focaccia is an Olive Oil laden style bread that can be eaten on its own, split in half for sandwiches or as thick pizza crust. Students will learn to create their own dough using flour, yeast and olive oil. The instructor will cover mixing, adding herbs, rising times, shaping and baking techniques during class. Students will also have choices on flavorings for a sweet toppings or savory herb style bread of choice. Students are recommended to bring a ¼ Sheet pan or a baking pan with a slight lip to rise and bake the flat bread. The bread will be baked during class. $50.00 per Person, includes all ingredients, supplies, class instruction, bread samplings and printed recipes to take home. Aprons recommended.
