SUNDAY, February 19, 2023 – BRUNCH & CREPES Cooking Class – 11am to 2pm – 12 students max.
Join us for a fun Sunday Brunch of fresh buttery crepes filled and topped with your choice of a
variety of ingredients and toppings. We will learn to make both sweet and savory crepes in
the class and each student will flip and form his/her own crepes. This is a perfect time to
enjoy a morning brunch served with mimosa’s and Bellini’s as well as a full brunch buffet of
fresh baked foods alongside the class. Students will learn to make, form and flip crepes in this
class with each student making and flipping their own crepes. Assorted toppings, stuffing’s
and condiments will be available to fill the crepes. A Brunch buffet will also be available for
students to eat with the crepes. The class consists of some observation and some hands-on to
learn technique. *kids welcome. ($65.00/per person, includes class instructions and a full
brunch of crepes and side dishes. This will be a hands-on type of class.)
