Come enjoy a full brunch & mimosa bar served in our courtyard with mom followed by a cooking class for making tarts. Starting at 11am we will be serving everything from scones & biscuits to eggs & frittatas with mini sandwiches & quiches and more for your enjoyment. Included, of course, with a complimentary mimosa’s bar and beverages of choice of hot teas, coffee & assorted juices. Beginning at 12:15pm we will have a group cooking class and presentation for making homemade tarts. This will be a hands-on class in which each student will learn to make and form a tart and fill it as well as decorate the tart with lattice work and design. The chef instructor will teach a tart dough from start to finish with the class followed by instruction on forming and filling the tarts. Each student will go home with a fully cooked individual tart. *A tart pan will be provided to use and take home as a gift at the end of the class. Aprons recommended. $85.00 Per person, includes full brunch, beverages as well as all ingredients and supplies for class; instructions & recipes included. An 8-inch tart pan with removable bottom is provided for each student to take home as a complimentary gift.
