Bruschetta & Flavored Pasta

Come out and enjoy a fun evening learning to cook like an Italian. Class starts with a demonstration on making tomato basil Bruschetta followed by pasta making 101. Chefs will teach you the art of making fresh pasta from scratch and how to flavor it with your choice of flavorings such as tomato, spinach, or pesto.  This class is a great couples night, date night or night out with friends and family.  Each students pasta is cooked at the end of class for them to eat and dine on with a choice of the sauces.  This class will explore using flavorings in pasta.  Several sauces will be available to choose from to top your finished products at the end of class. Plain is also taught if no flavoring is desired for your pasta. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour & eggs. *Feel free to bring your own bottle of wine.  $65.00 per person and includes a full dinner of appetizer & pasta with beverage.  Includes cooking class instruction and printed recipes for each student to take home.
