Bruschetta & Pasta, Making Gnocchi

Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch. This cooking class will teach you how to make your own Gnocchi as the main course for your evening dinner. But first, we start with a demonstration for making one of the Italians favorite appetizer; Tomato Basil Bruschetta. Each Couple is provided with a DIY Bruschetta board and all the things needed to create their own appetizer. Instructions on making Gnocchi follows . We will then cook each student’s fresh Gnocchi for them to enjoy with a choice of fresh made sauces for their evening meal. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with his/her own dough. Gluten Free Options Available. Students may bring own bottle of wine if desired. (Proper ID Required) $65.00 per person, includes Gnocchi dinner, appetizer of Bruschetta & light refreshments as well as all supplies, cooking instruction and printed recipes.
