Hands On Class – *Bring a 8 inch or 9 inch Springform Pan.
Do you love light and fluffy Ricotta style cheesecakes? No need to be a baker or expert, this class is perfect for everyone. Customers loved our cheesecakes when our café was open and their light and fluffy texture was the key to their success. This class will go over the Ricotta Cheesecake recipes originally developed by the Fat Tuscan’s head chef. Each student will be making an individual cheesecake to take home. Assorted flavors and crusts will be available to choose from as well as a sample cheesecake to taste. The chef will prepare a cheesecake alongside the class as part of the class instruction. Students will learn mixing & baking techniques needed to make a great cheesecake. (*Individual baking will be done at home. *Students need to bring an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan. $50.00 per person, includes all ingredients to prepare an individual cheesecake, class instruction as well as printed recipes for each student. Light snacks and refreshments will be served during class.
