8PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS – includes a tasting of up to 5 different wines
*Proper ID required Observation & Hands On Class – Couples Cooking Come out the Sunday before Valentines and cook together. Students will learn how to artistically display a variety of dry meats, cheeses, jams, nuts and fruit in this DIY Charcuterie class followed by an evening flipping and making crepes. We will be learning all the savory and sweet recipes for using this delicate and delicious food as well as eating all the food we make. Students will learn to make, form and flip crepes in this class with each student making and flipping their own crepes. Assorted toppings, stuffing’s and condiments will be available to fill the crepes to make different types of crepes such as an appetizer crepe, an entrée crepe & an sweet dessert crepe. This class consists of some observation as well as hands-on techniques to learn how to form, cook and flip crepes. Perfect for a family group or a group of friends to enjoy an evening of cooking. Along with this class we will be tasting different types of wines. $125.00 per person and includes a appetizer, assorted crepes and wine tasting. *There will be Special Pricing on wines to purchase are also available during the class.
