Spend a beautiful Spring evening with our resident chefs in this fun cooking class learning all about fresh gourmet food paired with wine. With Florida farms bursting with produce, our chefs will prepare a unique spring inspired menu using seasonal produce and fresh ingredients in front of you. Each course has a hand-selected wine paired for you to taste with it. During class a discussion on preparation is conducted throughout each course as well as details about the paired wines. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves and Chef Ashley Rella from the Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines presented. The evening is for students who enjoy wine and good food or want to learn more about food and wine. This class is an observation class where questions are answered during the demo. $100.00 per person and includes a multi course dinner with wine pairing. Special Pricing on featured wines for purchase are also available during the class (up to 25% off retail). *Proper ID required. Includes a 4-course dinner with 4 to 5 different wines tasted throughout.
