Do you love whiskey? Do you love to swirl and sniff? Is the warmth of a good whiskey the perfect evening for you? Then, this class is for you!! In this special class we explore food & craft spirits as the Fat Tuscan teams up with James & Chad from Two Souls Spirits, a local company that curates specially selected hand-crafted spirits throughout the United States. This class focuses on whiskey tasting, pairing whiskey with food, and complimenting the flavors of each course with the selected spirit served throughout the night. In this 4-course dinner, owner and Chef Michelle Gioviti, will use each selected tasting in each course enhancing the flavors of the dish. The class will also include a formal whiskey tasting presented by James, the Whiskey Doctor, who will also lead a discussion about the featured spirits that their company curates. During the evening students will enjoy watching as the chef discusses the dishes & recipes selected for the evening. Each course has a hand-selected craft spirit paired for you to taste with it. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food, learning about great whiskeys from the pros and eating some amazing gourmet dishes prepared by our chef. From Rye’s to Bourbons to Rum aged in Whiskey barrels let the warmth of this aged and specially selected American spirit enhance your holidays. And it makes a great gift to purchase for your holiday shopping as well. The menu varies and is not set until the week of the class to utilize the freshest seasonal ingredients on the market, but meat & possibly seafood is planned for this dinner. $140.00 Per Person includes 4 part formal whiskey tasting, a full 4 course dinner (Appetizer, Soup/salad, Entree & Dessert), cooking class presentation by our chef & discussion on Whiskey and selecting craft made spirits . *Proper ID is required to attend.
