This Chef led Cooking Class is all about food and wine. In this class, the focus for our Wine Tasting will be White Wines from multiple regions which will be selected to perfectly compliment the prepared menu. If you love white wines, this class is for you. During the Class a multiple coursed dinner is prepared by our chefs for you to enjoy alongside the wines. All courses are prepared fresh in front of the class with discussion throughout each course. *Seafood will be featured in each course of this dinner. Each course is planned and selected to perfectly complement the wines presented. This class is for students who love wine and good food and for students wishing to learn more about wine. This is a great date night or fun night out with friends eating great food and drinking even better wines. Tastings, dinner and chef instruction prepared by Chef/Owner Michelle Gioviti-Reeves and Executive Chef Ashley Rella from the Fat Tuscan. Each course will be selected to perfectly complement the wines presented. The evening is for students who enjoy wine and good food or want to learn more about food and wine. This class is an observation class where questions are answered during the demo. $100.00 per person and includes a multi course dinner with wine pairing. Special Pricing on featured wines for purchase are also available during the class (up to 25% off retail). *Proper ID required. Includes a 4-course dinner with 4 to 5 different wines tasted throughout.
