Couples Cooking Class – Bruschetta, Pasta & Sauce

Thursday, March 24^th * Special Class*  – DATE NIGHT COUPLES COOKING CLASS – Making Appetizer, Pasta and Sauce – 6 TO 8:30PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS (6 couples). 

Hands On Class, Vegetarian Friendly

This class is all about fun and cooking together.  In this hands-on cooking class, couples are lead through preparing an evening meal for them to enjoy.  The class will start out teaching the art of making the perfect Bruschetta for an appetizer and then move on to teaching how to prepare and make fresh egg pasta from scratch.  The instructor will also cover how to make fresh pasta sauce for a choice of two different pasta sauces to top the pasta for the evening.  Each paired couple will have a separate station to work from and will include all the supplies, ingredients and groceries needed to prepare the meal for the evening.  This is a great date night or fun night out with your best friend.  May bring a bottle of wine to enjoy while you cook; proper ID required.  Tastings, recipes, ingredients and chef instruction provided by the Fat Tuscan. ($65.00 per person, includes all groceries, supplies, class instruction & printed recipes to take home as well as an full evening meal.)  Aprons are recommended.
