COUPLES COOKING PASTA & DESSERT – Pasta, Pesto & Tiramisu

THURSDAY, May 9th 2024– PASTA, PESTO & TIRAMISU – 6PM TO 9PM –  14 MAX. STUDENTS

HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – DATE NIGHT/COUPLES COOKING – KID FRIENDLY

Come out and enjoy a fun night learning to make fresh pasta’s from scratch with your choice of flavoring for your pasta.  This class will also include a demonstration of the instructor teaching and making a fresh Pesto & a Creamy Pesto sauce during the length of the class.  Then cook, eat and dine on your fresh pasta you made with a choice of the sauces made for you in the class.  The class will also include a chef lead portion on Tiramisu.  Students will prepare and make individual Tiramisu’s to enjoy at the end of the class.  An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own pasta for the evening using flour and eggs.   Includes a full dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of fresh sauce made in class as well as a dessert of Tiramisu. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat.  $75.00 per person includes all ingredients, Dinner, Chef cooking class instruction and printed recipes. *Wine will be available to purchase by the glass or by the bottle from our wine retail area.
