VALENTINES COOKING CLASS – INTERACTIVE COURSED DINNER & WINE TASING – 6PM TO 9PM – 6 COUPLES MAX.  $175 per person ($350.00 per couple)  – Friday, February 14th 2025

Hands On Class & Observation Class – Multiple coursed Interactive Dinner – Wine Tasting 

This special class for the Valentines Day Holiday is all about enjoying an evening cooking together.  In this hands-on cooking class, couples enjoy a romantic evening cooking and preparing a meal for them to enjoy paired with a 4 part wine tasting. The class will start out teaching the art of making the perfect Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Bruschetta.  Students are also lead through preparing an individual Italian Dessert of Tiramisu to be eaten at the conclusion of the class.  The Chef also prepares a champagne vinaigrette from scratch and serves it atop the salad course. The main entrée will focus on an Demonstration lesson on making Gnocchi pasta using potato, eggs & flour.  A choice of Alfredo or Pesto Sauce will be available to top the pasta for the evening.  Each paired couple will have a separate station with all supplies, ingredients and groceries needed to prepare the interactive recipes for the evening. This is a great date night or fun night out with your best friend.  Wine Tastings, recipes, ingredients and chef instruction is provided from the Fat Tuscan.  Pricing is $175.00 per person, ($350 per couple), and includes a 4 course meal with appetizer, salad, pasta and dessert paired with a wine tasting for each separate course.  Recipes are available to take home and additional bottles of wine will be available for purchase on the evening of the event.
