Come enjoy an Friday night flipping and making crepes & tasting some amazing Rose’ wines. Students will learn to make, form and flip crepes in this class with each student making and flipping their own crepes. The class will include suggestions for making both savory and sweet crepes and a full fillings bar will accompany the class.  Assorted toppings, stuffing and condiments will be available to fill the crepes to make different types of crepes such as an appetizer crepe, an entrée crepe and/or sweet dessert crepes.  This class consists of some observation as well as hands-on techniques to learn how to form, cook and flip crepes. Perfect for a couple or a group of friends to enjoy an evening of cooking & tasting wines.  The class includes a dinner of crepes and a tasting of 4 different types of Rose’ wines as well as a discussion on each wine tasted.   $100.00 per person. Includes chef led class instructions, all ingredients and supplies, a dinner of assorted crepes with a full fillings bar, snacks, refreshments & a wine tasting.
