HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY – GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY
Enjoy an evening cooking with your favorite person. This cooking class teaches how to make your own Gnocchi, starting from scratch. But first, we will start with a demonstration for making one of Italy’s favorite appetizers – Tomato Basil Bruschetta. We provide each Couple with a DIY Bruschetta board and all the things needed to create your very own appetizer as the instructor leads you through the proper preparation. Instructions on making Gnocchi follows and the class ends with us cooking each student’s fresh Gnocchi for them to enjoy with a choice of freshly made sauces for their evening meal. The Chef will also demonstrate during class how to make our original recipe Basil Pesto sauce. This sauce and several other sauces will be available to top your pasta, both of which will be vegetarian. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi for students to choose from and the class instructor will be going over sauce preparation during the class as well as include full recipes for students to take home. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with his/her own dough. $75.00 per person, includes Gnocchi dinner, light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes.
