Enjoy a Friday night cooking together with your favorite person. In this hands-on class, couples cook and prepare a meal for the evening for them to enjoy together. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg & flour. The class also teaches how to prepare a fresh alfredo sauce to pair with the pasta. Students will be making their own pasta from scratch as well as cutting and shaping it into Fettuccine. Our in house instructor and self appointed ‘pasta boy’, Aaron, will guide students through pasta making as well as lead a demonstration on the best fresh classic Alfredo sauce. Students will then be consuming their pasta at the end of class, so come prepared to eat. The class will first start out however with the preparation of individual Tiramisu’s. The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & a dessert of Tiramisu (Original Fat Tuscan Recipe). An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations. Class Includes: a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce, (a classic Marinara sauce will also be available as an sauce option), dessert of Tiramisu, all ingredients and supplies as well as hands on chef instruction – $75.00 per person includes dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes. *Wine will be available for purchase from our wine retail area.
