Date Night – Gnocchi & Tiramisu

THURSDAY, April 25th, 2024 – DATE NIGHT COUPLES COOKING CLASS – GNOCCHI AND TIRAMISU – 6PM TO 9PM – 14 MAX. STUDENTS

Hands On Class – Gluten Free Options  – Vegetarian Friendly – Kid Friendly 

This class is all about having fun while cooking together. In this hands-on class, couples cook and prepare a meal for the evening for them to enjoy together. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using potato, egg & flour. Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch.  (If you are Gluten Free and miss eating pasta this class is for you as we will have an option and instructions on making Gluten free Gnocchi’s).  The class teaches each student how to make their own Gnocchi as the main course for dinner.  Staff will cook each student’s fresh Gnocchi for them to enjoy with a choice of fresh made sauces.  There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi for students to choose from and the class instructor will be going over sauce preparation during the class. The class will first start out however with each student preparing an individual Tiramisu, a classic Italian dessert. The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & dessert.  Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with their own dough and is a hands-on cooking class. *Includes light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes.  $75.00per person, includes hands on Chef led pasta making instruction, a dinner of fresh Gnocchi & sauce and dessert of Tiramisu.
