FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST – A NIGHT OF PASTA, SAUCE, & TIRAMISU – COOKING CLASS – 6PM TO 9PM – 14 MAX. STUDENTS
HANDS ON CLASS – VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY
In this class enjoy a night of pasta and dessert. We will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil as well as learning to prepare and make individual mini tiramisu for each student. Fresh pasta sauces will also be prepared by the chef during the class to pair with the fresh pasta. Students will be making their own pasta from scratch and then learning to knead and roll it out and form them into a variety of shapes as well as preparing individual desserts to consume at the end of the class. During class, the instructor will be making a freshly made sauce and provide instructions on the process for making each sauce. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations. *may bring your own bottle of wine. **includes dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & Dessert. ($75.00/per person includes dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes. This is a hands-on type of class.).
