FRIDAY, JULY 28TH – DATE NIGHT: Bruschetta and Ravioli – 6 TO 9:00PM – 12 MAX. STUDENTS

Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh cheese filled ravioli from scratch. This cooking class will teach you how to make your own egg pasta dough, roll it out and fill it to make ravioli’s as the main course for your evening dinner. But first, the chef will start out the evening teaching you with a demonstration for making one of the Italians favorite appetizers – Tomato Basil Bruschetta. We will provide each Couple with a DIY Bruschetta board and all the things needed to create your very own appetizer. Instructions on making Ravioli follows and then each student’s fresh ravioli is cooked and topped with a choice of freshly made sauces for their evening meal. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the pasta for students to choose from and the class instructor will be going over sauce preparation during the class. Aprons are recommended as each student will be working with their own dough, forming pasta and assisting in making an appetizer. $75.00 per person, includes Gnocchi dinner, light beverages, cooking instruction and printed recipes.
