Come enjoy a night envisioning yourself immersed in the roman streets while dining on foods from the historic roman culture with its most famous pasta dishes.  A NIGHT OF PASTA!  In this fun interactive class, our chef will prepare 3 DIFFERENT PASTAS.  The Classic Roman pastas, as any true roman knows, are Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e’ Pepe’. The evening will also include a 3 part wine tasting to compliment the meal.  If you are a pasta lover and miss the authentic flavors of Rome, then this class is for you.  Recipes and instruction will be given during the class by the chef as each pasta sauce is prepared.  $85.00 per person includes wine tasting, a full dinner of 3 types of pasta, and cooking Class instruction by our house chef & Owner Chef Gioviti.
