HANDS ON CLASS – BAKING – TAKE HOME BREAD – KID FRIENDLY
In this afternoon class learn to make classic scones. Each student will work with butter dough learning to properly mix, knead, and form this tender bread with one-on-one instruction by the chef. Baking will also be part of this class and each student will be returning with an assortment of baked items, so a container is recommended and/or a sheet pan to transport home. Students will work at individual stations and be provided all the necessary supplies, ingredients, groceries, and utensils needed to prepare the day’s recipes. $65.00 per person, includes printed recipes, supplies, ingredients, class instruction as well as tastings/samples in class and take-home baked items prepared in class. Aprons are recommended.
