THURSDAY, September 14th – DAY CLASS – FRESH SOUPS – 11AM to 2pm – 12 Students Max.
Observation Class with some hands on – Day Class
In this afternoon class our house chef constructs a menu of soups from scratch, using fresh ingredients and building flavors from the bottom up. The chef creates several types of unique soups ranging from warm bisques, hearty stews to light summer soups depending on the season. A total of three soups will be prepared and eaten in class served with toasted Tuscan bread. At times, chopping and peeling and/or working at group stations to help create the soups may be needed, but the majority of the class will be observation of the instructor so note taking is recommended. This class is perfect for the person who loves soups and wants more recipes and suggestions for creating soups at home. Recipes of dishes will be available to all students. Includes sampling of all soups during class and some soup to take home to enjoy later. $65.00 per person includes all ingredients, supply’s, containers for soups to go, and chef cooking class instruction
