In this afternoon class, enjoy learning how to make pasta sauces and fresh ravioli from scratch. In this fun and interactive day class spend an afternoon with our chef learning the art of fresh pasta. Ravioli is made from egg and flour pasta dough and stuffed with an assortment of cheeses. The class will include instructions on proper pasta dough and then a demonstration on how to roll out the dough to form individual ravioli. Students will then take home their fresh ravioli to share with their families to eat. In addition, the chef will also prepare two different sauces: Basil Marinara & Pesto Cream Sauce, both of which will be an option to take home with your ravioli. This class is a hands-on class in which students work with flour & egg, so aprons are recommended. The class will include tastings and snacks during the day as well as an beverage. Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are part of every class. $65.00 per person includes instruction, all supplies, all materials, and a ravioli dinner with sauce to take home for each student. Bread with oil will also be served during this class. This is a hands-on type of class perfect for all levels including children.
