Do you love making desserts? Learn to create our signature light and fluffy Ricotta style cheesecake. This class is for those students that love to bake but might find cheesecakes frustrating. Our original recipe Ricotta cheesecake has a light and fluffy texture and is the key to its success. This class will go over the Ricotta Cheesecake recipes developed by the Fat Tuscan owner and chef, Michelle Gioviti. In this hands on class students will make an individual cheesecake to take home which serves 8 to 12 people. Assorted flavors will be available for each student to choose a favorite combination to make for their individual cheesecake. The chef will prepare a cheesecake in class as part of the teaching instruction. A chilled Cheesecake made in advance will also be eaten by students at the end of class to show desired texture and outcome. *Individual baking will be done at home. *Students need to bring an 8 or 9 inch spring form pan. *all ingredients will be provided by Fat Tuscan however. $70.00 per person, includes all ingredients to prepare an a 9/10 inch cheesecake, flavorings, fillings and toppings for assorted varieties of cheesecake as well as printed recipes for each student to take home. Class includes light snacks and refreshments during the class.
