Hands On Class – Aprons Recommended
Join us for an afternoon class where we explore working with this soft, chewy English Muffin bread and learn to create it from scratch. Each student will learn to form, rise, shape and grill it prior to the final bake at the end of the class. Students will learn how to combine ingredients, knead and rise yeast doughs to create this savory sweet dough. This hands-on class provides all the raw ingredients and one-on-one instructions on bread making are covered. Each student will work at his/her own station and work with their own dough. Rising time and working the dough will be discussed. Aprons are recommended for this class as each student will be working with substantial amounts of flour. $55.00 per person, includes light beverages & snacks as well as cooking instructions and recipes.
