End of Summer Farm to Table Chef Dinner & Wine Tasting Event at the Fat Tuscan with The Giving Garden

Join us as we partner with The Giving Garden to celebrate the end of summer and raise money for a wonderful local non-profit organization. https://www.gainesvillegivinggarden.org/  The Giving Garden is a small, local, non-profit organic farm that works with our community to educate and help the public to combat food insecurity.  This class will feature resources directly from the Giving Garden and other small local organic farms in the area to create a full meal all paired with wonderful wines hand selected by Chef Michelle to complement the meal. This Chef prepared wine Dinner will be a 4-course gourmet meal prepared by Chef Michelle Gioviti, owner of the Fat Tuscan. All proceeds from the class will be directly donated to the Giving Garden, so come support your community and local farms while enjoying a fun night out. $150.00 per person and includes Farm Tour, Full Four Course Chef Demonstration Dinner & Wine Pairing. *Proper ID required.  ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO THE FARM *Vegetarian can be accommodated please indicate at sign up.

Show up Early for a small Farm Tour of the Giving Garden from 5:30 to 6:00pm.  Feel free to park at FT and Walk over or drive over to the garden for a short tour by Leela Woodham, director of the Giving Garden)

Dinner Begins at 6pm at The Fat Tuscan Venue 

5:30pm to 6:30pm – Prosecco and Farm Charcuterie Appetizer presented in the courtyard of the Fat Tuscan.

6:30 to 8:00pm – Interactive Chef Demonstration Cooking Class by Chef Michelle inside the Historic Vidal House with Wine pairing

(Menu & Wine Selection Pending); Salad Course & Main Entree Pasta Course

8:00pm to 8:30pm – Fresh prepared Dessert accompanied with Espresso and a brief presentation given by Leela Woolham director of The Giving Garden

*ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE DINNER WILL BE DONATED TO THE GIVING GARDEN.
