Thursday, October 6th – FETTUCCINE & BOLOGNESE SAUCE; MAKING FRESH PASTA – 6PM TO 8:30PM – 12 STUDENTS MAX.
Hands On Class – Aprons Recommended
Join us for a night of learning to make fresh pasta and sauce. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil and enjoying it as your dinner for the evening. The class will also learn the essential steps for creating the classic Italian Bolognese sauce which is a hearty meat sauce. The chef will prepare a fresh sauce in class and go over the recipe as it is cooking during class. The sauce will then be one of your options as a topping for our finished pasta’s for our Dinner. Students will be making their own pasta from scratch as well as cutting it into the Fettuccine shape. Students will then be consuming their results at the end of class, so come prepared to eat. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and eggs. Students may bring your own bottle of wine if desired with proper I.D. The class includes a dinner of pasta with choice of sauce. $55.00 per person includes dinner, cooking class instruction and printed recipes
