HANDS ON CLASS
Join us for a night of learning to make fresh pasta and sauce. This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil and then afterwards enjoying it as your dinner for the evening. The chef also teaches a demonstration on the essential steps for creating a classic Bolognese sauce, (a hearty Italian meat sauce). The chef prepares a fresh sauce during class and while it cooks students create their own pasta from scratch. Two types of sauce will be available, with the Bolognese being one of your options as a topping for the finished pasta. Students will be mix, knead, roll out the pasta and learn how to cut it into the Fettuccine shape. At the end of class students consume their results, so come prepared to eat. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations. *Students may bring their own bottle of wine if desired for the class. (There will also be a vegetarian sauce as one of the options for the evening.) $50.00/per person includes a pasta dinner, all supplies, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.
