This class is perfect for beginner cooks who don’t know their way around using fresh herbs and spices. Students will learn how to create healthy flavorful recipes from scratch and how to stock home kitchen’s for healthy meals. Students will also learn about the health benefits of different herbs. The class will cover recipes from soups & vinaigrette dressings to pasta sauces. The recipes prepared in class will be consumed by the students at the end of the class. At least 3 different types of recipes/dishes will be prepared. This is mainly an observation type class with some minor chopping involved with an interactive discussion throughout; note taking is encouraged. $55.00/per person, includes chef lead instruction class, all supplies, groceries and utensils, printed recipes and prepared dishes to be eaten in class.
