Hands On Class
Explore making bread from scratch. Learn how to work with yeast dough’s in this class by learning how to combine ingredients, knead, rise and shape breads such as Baguettes, Braids and Filled breads. Added to the class there will be an assortment of fresh herbs as well for students to use. In this hands-on class the chef provides one-on-one instructions on bread making with tips, techniques and a thorough discussion of yeast. Each student will work at his/her own station and work with their own dough. Rising time and working the dough will be discussed. Bread will be baked in class and each student will go home with their baked breads. Aprons are recommended as students will be working with substantial amounts of flour. $50.00 per person, includes light beverages & snacks as well as all supplies, cooking instructions and printed recipes.
