SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19TH – Italian Holiday Breads – 2pm to 4:30pm – 10 Students Max. (Kids are Welcome)

In this day workshop students learn several types of yeast dough recipes to create traditional Italian Holiday Breads. Each student will be working at individual stations working on their own dough to take home. An assortment of fillings & toppings, from nuts to dried fruits, will be available to put into the breads. During class the chef prepares a bread discussing mixing, kneading, shaping techniques and general instructions for forming the bread dough. At the end of class a sample baked bread will be offered along with coffee or other beverage. Each student will go home with a formed bread they made in class. *Students may bake in class or take the bread home to bake, (add an additional 30 to 45 min. for bake time in class). Please bring a sheet pan to rise your breads on and/or for baking. Aprons are recommended. $50.00 Per Person includes all supplies, class instruction, light snacks, tastings and recipes to take home.
